If you do not have this application installed on your computer, please follow
these instructions. Listed below are the minimum system
requirements:
- A Pentium PC or MAC equivalent
- A sound card with speakers or headphones
- A 28.8 Kbps Internet connection
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
Use the following links to download and/or test your computer to see if you
have the software installed properly.

| Once you have downloaded the file to
your local hard drive, double-click the file to begin the installation.

If after installing the software you are still unable to hear the test file please check the following.
- Check the speaker volume on your headset/speakers.
- If you are behind a firewall/proxy be sure that port 1755 is open.
Windows Media Player requires UDP 1755 for the media stream.

- Do you have enough bandwidth? While generally not a concern with audio streams slow dialup connections
may experience problems if there are other browser windows open and/or a file download is in progress.
